How to use it
- In a chapter or a study, tap the pencil on a verse, open Explore, and tap Lexicon.
- The first time, the Hebrew and Greek take a moment to download. When the Original tab appears, tap it.
- Tap any word in the original text to see its lexicon entry: the word, how it is said, its part of speech and its definition.
- Write in Your note under the entry; it is saved for that word wherever it appears.
- Tap Open Translations to see the English words it is translated as in the King James Version, with how often.
Good to know
- The English lexicon tab works for any verse, including the Book of Mormon: tap an English word to keep your own note on it.
- The button with the word's number, like H216, opens that word in the Lemmas study tool.
- After the first download, the Hebrew and Greek work offline.
