Scripture GolfPremium

A word appears and the clock starts. Find a verse that uses it, enter the reference, and your time is your score. Lowest total wins, which makes it a fun way to get quick at finding your way around the scriptures.

How to use it

  1. Open Games and tap Scripture Golf. Tap the settings line above Play to choose the Course (a Come, Follow Me week or The whole standard works) and how many Holes.
  2. Tap Play. Nothing is timed yet, so get your scriptures ready.
  3. Tap Show the word. The clock starts the moment the word appears.
  4. Find a verse with that word in it, type the reference (like Isaiah 1:18) and tap Submit. The app checks it, and the clock keeps running until it agrees.
  5. Read the verse you found, then tap Next hole. After the last hole you see your scorecard.

Good to know

  • Any form of the word counts: "mercy" can be found with "merciful".
  • On a Come, Follow Me course, the verse has to come from that week's chapters.
  • A hole never costs more than five minutes, however long you hunt.
  • Stop for now between holes saves your round to pick back up later, but leaving in the middle of a hole does not stop its clock.

This is part of Premium. You can open it and look around on a free account; it asks you to subscribe when you use it. Premium starts with a free week. See pricing.
