Put a game on a big screen the whole room can see, and everybody plays on their own phone at the same time. Players need no app and no account, just the code on the screen.

How to use it

  1. On a laptop, tablet or TV, open a game and tap the Setup bar.
  2. Choose Party mode, pick the other settings, and tap Play. A room opens with a four-letter code.
  3. Everyone else goes to the web address shown on the big screen, types the code and their name, and taps Join.
  4. The first player to join taps Start the game on their phone.
  5. Everybody answers on their own phone while the big screen shows the board and the scores.

Good to know

  • Only the person hosting needs to be signed in.
  • Crossover, Gospel Feud, Hangman, Scripture Golf, Scripture Jeopardy and Scriptionary have a party mode. Tap Party mode above the game tiles to see just those.
  • The code stays on the big screen for the whole game, so someone whose phone locks can join back in.
  • Turn the big screen’s sound on. The countdown beeps from there, not from the phones.

This is part of Premium. You can open it and look around on a free account; it asks you to subscribe when you use it. Premium starts with a free week. See pricing.
