Build a lesson as a slide show out of anything in the app, then present it full screen: the week's story and pictures, its people, its verses, questions, games and printables, your own saved results, and text boxes in your own words.

How to use it

  1. Tap Scripture Study, then Lessons, then + New lesson for a blank one.
  2. On a Come, Follow Me week, tap Lesson to walk through that week's story, people, reading, Study It Out sections, questions, games and printables, ticking what goes in. A study has the same button, walking its pages, people and saved results.
  3. Start from a template, or from Blank, which puts each picture, chapter and section on a page of its own.
  4. On any page, tap + Add to put in a text box, a passage, a saved result, or anything from a week. Drag a card by its heading to reorder it, or use the arrows and Move to….
  5. Tap Present to teach from it full screen: arrows, dots, a swipe, or the keyboard turn the pages. Tap a verse, a painting, a cast member's Chat or Finish the Lesson right on the slide.

Good to know

  • Save as template keeps a lesson's shape as slots to fill next time. Three templates come built in: Family lesson, Class lesson and Primary lesson.
  • A lesson stores what it points at, never a copy, so a saved result you edit later is up to date in every lesson that uses it.
  • Share a lesson to the Social feed and it carries the saved results it points at along with it.
  • A page that answers a question keeps the answer folded until you tap Show the answer.

This is part of Premium. You can open it and look around on a free account; it asks you to subscribe when you use it. Premium starts with a free week. See pricing.
