How to use it

1. Tap your initials in the top-right corner to open your account menu.
2. Tap Back up to a file. A file named like practical-gospel-2026-09-14.json is saved to your device.
3. To put a backup back, open the account menu and tap Restore from a file, then choose the file.
4. Read the message that appears, which says what is about to happen, and tap Replace (or Merge) to go ahead.

Good to know

• Restoring a full backup replaces everything on this device with what is in the file, and the app asks first.
• The date is in the file name, so you can tell backups apart without opening them.
• Back up and restore are hidden while Kids Mode is on.
• A backup is yours to keep whether or not you use sync.
